Somewhere Together terms
Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22.1
Rules for the preview, shared creations and respectful play.
Somewhere Together is offered under the Solastelia name. Formation of Solastelia LLC is pending; the game is currently run by the person operating Solastelia. We will update the operator information when formation and operation through the company are confirmed. Contact us using the privacy and game-support channels below.
Eligibility and access
These terms describe use of Somewhere Together at www.somewheretogether.world. You must be at least 13 to participate and at least 18 to create a new world. New creators sign in and declare that they will supervise shared content. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, involve your parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law. The game is not available to children under 13.
Read these terms before using the game. Policy links provide access to the current published version; displaying a link does not record your acceptance or establish parental consent. Age declarations are not verified age checks.
Eligible guests can join without an account. New world creation requires account sign-in. Protect your sign-in codes, sessions and invitations. Do not access another person’s account, private world or material without permission. Contact support about suspected unauthorized access.
Playing with others
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, disclose someone else’s private information, infringe rights, or share unlawful or exploitative sexual content. Do not post sexual content or use AI creation to evade safety restrictions. Respect other players and the world creator’s moderation decisions.
Do not steal credentials, bypass access or spending limits, disrupt the service or automate abusive consumption of shared AI or network capacity. Report security problems privately to support with enough information to reproduce them safely; do not access or expose another player’s data.
World creators review paintings before approving sharing and can hide shared media. Automated checks and creator review can miss inappropriate content. Report problems using the support page; continuous human moderation and a particular response time are not promised.
Your creations and limited permission
Only submit prompts, drawings, photos, captions and other material you have permission to use. You retain whatever rights you hold. You give Solastelia nonexclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit and display your submissions only as needed to operate the game, provide AI processing you request, moderate content and deliver the in-game sharing or display you choose. Providers may process submissions for those purposes.
This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising or unrelated model training by Solastelia. We will ask separately before using your creation in a promotional campaign. AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other results; we do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights. Review a result before sharing it and do not bypass safety checks.
The permission applies while the material is stored or used for those purposes, including existing approved shared displays and necessary recovery, security or request-handling records. Removing or restricting content is subject to the actual controls and limits in the Privacy notice and any rights you have under applicable law. It is not permission for unrelated reuse after those purposes end.
Your nickname and activity are visible within your world. World-album photos are available there for display; new shared paintings need creator approval. Unsharing may leave an older approved edition already displayed, while creator hiding blocks future reads under the game’s controls. Other people may have screenshots or downloads we cannot recall. Sharing in the game grants no general permission to reuse someone’s creation elsewhere.
Preview, saved worlds and payments
The game is a changing preview. Features and access can depend on account eligibility, allowances, capacity and service availability. Keep your own copies where downloading is offered. We preserve preview worlds without automatic deletion solely for inactivity or preview-access expiry, and may archive them recoverably. This does not promise permanent hosting or uninterrupted access.
Public paid membership endpoints are closed. These terms do not offer a subscription or credit purchase. Any future purchase requires the actual price, seller, delivery, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before payment. Preview allowances do not establish a purchase entitlement.
Reports, restrictions and ending use
The operator may investigate reports and restrict access or content when reasonably needed for these rules, safety, security, service integrity or applicable law. World creators also have the sharing controls described above. Decisions should preserve other players’ information and saved content where possible. Contact support with context to ask for review; immediate restoration or a fixed response time is not promised.
You may stop using the game at any time. Signing out or clearing browser data does not erase server records. Contact privacy support for a verified request; selected account and learning operations are available, with other stores requiring separate handling. An account owning a world cannot be removed through the supported tool until creator access can transfer safely.
We will publish material changes or planned closure information through the game or another appropriate channel when practicable. Service disruption or unexpected closure can still affect access. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
