Somewhere Together privacy
Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22.1
How information is used when you play, create and ask for support.
Somewhere Together is offered under the Solastelia name. Formation of Solastelia LLC is pending; the game is currently run by the person operating Solastelia. We will update the operator information when formation and operation through the company are confirmed. Contact us using the privacy and game-support channels below.
Guest play, accounts and browser storage
The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. Participants confirm they are at least 13 before new admission. New world creators sign in and declare that they are at least 18 and will supervise shared content. The participant confirmation is kept in the browser; the creator declaration and its time are stored with the account. These declarations do not verify age. We do not request a date of birth for this process.
We use nicknames, room and player identifiers, access credentials, avatar choices, actions and world state to connect players, synchronize play and let you return. People in the same world can see your nickname, character and shared activity. Treat world invitations and access links as private credentials.
Optional email sign-in uses your email address and a short-lived code delivered through Resend. Account and session records include identifiers, timestamps and connection information. Account features can connect saved worlds, creation access and learning progress to your account. Google sign-in is currently disabled.
Your browser stores preferences and return-access information, including your nickname, world and home hints, appearance previews, equipment and interface settings. Creation-retry information in session storage can include your text brief and game identifiers. Learn uses a signed guest cookie for progress; signing in can combine supported guest progress with an account. Clearing site data may remove your local way of returning without deleting server records.
Saved worlds, creations and sharing
Cloudflare stores world and home state, creations and related game records. A creation can include a title, creator or artist credit, and information needed to save or display it. Visibility depends on where you choose to share or display it.
Photo Mode captures the game view, including names and content visible there. You can add captions or drawings, download the image or use your device’s sharing function. Saving to a world album is a separate action: the original and edited images and their caption or credit are stored in the world for display there.
Paintings require world-creator approval before new sharing. Drawing drafts are visible to the artist and world creator. We store approval and hiding decisions. Creators can hide shared media from future reads and displays, but copies already obtained may remain. Unsharing a painting may leave an older approved edition where it was already displayed. Other players can capture what they see. Do not put private or sensitive information in shared material.
AI creation
When available for your access level, Imagine sends your creation brief and relevant game context to OpenAI. This can include appearance descriptions, an existing object design and the intended body or attachment target. Generated worlds, clothing, styles and objects can become part of saved or shared content. Briefs, relevant context and generated text or shape descriptions also go through OpenAI moderation. Screening does not guarantee that a rendered 3D result will be appropriate.
Request, result and usage records help deliver creations, manage access and costs, and prevent abuse. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a brief. We request that eligible completion responses are not stored as saved completions; that does not eliminate provider security logs, processing records or recovery copies. We make no zero-retention promise. Provider processing follows its applicable terms and settings. We do not use your creations in promotional campaigns without asking separately.
Service operation, reporting and providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, networking, storage and security processing; Resend delivers sign-in email; OpenAI processes eligible AI creation and moderation. These providers process information needed for their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the providers operate; this notice does not promise processing in a particular country.
Connection and request information, activity, failures, usage and cost records help operate and protect the game and understand service health. The game creates a persistent browser identifier for its own activity reporting. Internal records can relate activity to that identifier, rooms or accounts; derived identifiers are not necessarily anonymous.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is separately configured to measure visits and page performance through automatic script injection, excluding EU visitors under the current setting. This is distinct from the game’s own persistent-identifier reporting and hosting logs. Hosting retains invocation logs. Query-string redaction is enabled for new Worker logs; it does not remove historical logs or all technical metadata.
The Café now uses direct menu choices. Its microphone, conversational typing and read-aloud features, beta-interest signup, and old public AI voice/NPC conversation and Learn AI practice routes are retired. Historical beta-interest records may remain under their existing cleanup process. Public paid membership endpoints are closed.
Retention and recovery
We keep information to provide accounts, learning progress and saved worlds, deliver requested features, investigate abuse, manage usage, respond to requests and meet applicable obligations. There is no single automatic deletion deadline covering every category. Account and learning records can remain until a supported request is handled; world and media records are also tied to other players and saved creations.
During preview, we preserve saved worlds rather than automatically delete them solely for inactivity or expiry of preview access. Inactive worlds can be archived and recovered. This is not a promise of permanent storage. Sign-in codes expire after five minutes; sessions last up to 30 days and can renew; the guest Learn cookie lasts one year. Credential expiry, archiving, signing out and media hiding do not erase all related records.
Privacy cases, action receipts and restriction or suppression records remain to verify handling, prevent erased supported records from being recreated, maintain security and address disputes or obligations. Support correspondence and operational records are reviewed according to their purpose and applicable requirements. Provider logs and recovery copies follow separate provider processes; we cannot promise immediate selective removal from every backup or an external recipient’s copy.
Privacy requests and your choices
You choose whether to sign in, use eligible AI creation, save photos to a world album or share files outside the game. For access, correction, export, restriction, deletion or another privacy request, contact Email privacy and name Somewhere Together. Describe the relevant feature or world without sending passwords, sign-in codes, cookies or invitation credentials.
The operator reviews requests and verifies your authority using the account or an identity already held by your browser. If support gives you a request ID and one-time privacy proof code, use the separate verification page in that browser. Account requests require sign-in first. Proof alone does not authorize deletion.
The deployed owner tools support filtered export and reviewed restriction or erasure of selected account and learning records. They do not provide complete account-wide discovery or erase shared worlds, homes, media, reporting or financial history, provider records, backups or unknown identities on other devices. Account removal is blocked for a world creator until creator access can be transferred safely, and operational owner accounts are protected. Other people’s information is excluded from your export.
We will explain the supported scope, any additional verification and limitations, and assess other handling required by applicable law. A successful partial receipt is not a certificate that every copy has been erased. Unsupported automated actions remain blocked. The existence of a limitation does not waive any rights you have under applicable law. Clearing browser data is your choice, but may remove return access or progress.
Age eligibility and content reports
The game is for teens and adults aged 13 or older and is not offered to children under 13. New creators declare that they are at least 18 and will supervise shared content. These are self-declarations, not verified age or parental consent. Creator approval does not mean every world has continuous human supervision. If you believe a child under 13 has supplied information, or find unsafe content, contact game support so the operator can investigate and take appropriate action.
This website and email
Cloudflare may process your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and protect this policy website. The Solastelia website adds no advertising or analytics. That statement does not describe the game’s separate activity reporting.
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments. Domain email is forwarded through Cloudflare to Gmail; Cloudflare also supports domain sending. These providers process mail for delivery and storage. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in messages or screenshots.
