For help, feedback, content reports or a suspected security problem, contact Email game support. Include Somewhere Together, a brief description, your browser/device and operating-system version, the approximate time and time zone, and any error shown. We review messages as capacity allows; there is no guaranteed response time.

For account information, correction, export, restriction or deletion, contact Email privacy. Do not send a sign-in code, password, cookie, API key or private invitation link. If a screenshot is useful, remove private details first.

Joining and returning

Describe the step where joining or sign-in failed, and whether this was a new or returning visit. Keep world invitation credentials out of public reports. Participants must be at least 13; new world creators sign in and self-declare 18 or older. If an old tab asks you to update, refresh the game before rejoining.

Saved preview worlds can be archived when inactive and restored through valid access. Archiving is not deletion. Clearing browser storage can remove the information you need to return, so contact support before doing that if you are trying to recover access.

World or gameplay problems

Name the destination or activity and, if safe to share, a world or item identifier rather than its private access link. Tell us what you expected, what happened, whether it repeats and what you had just done. Keep your own copy of downloadable creations you want to preserve.

AI, paintings and content reports

Imagine clothes, objects and worlds use safety checks and access/usage limits. If a nonsexual request is blocked unexpectedly, describe the issue without sending confidential information. A blocked attempt is not permission to bypass the controls.

Paintings need the world creator’s approval before sharing. Creators can hide shared media. To report inappropriate content, include an item name or identifier, approximate time and a description. Do not attach or redistribute exploitative sexual material. Creator review and automated screening do not guarantee that every item is safe.

Security and age concerns

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to game support. Explain the affected feature and safe reproduction steps, without extracting another person’s records or publishing credentials. For suspected unauthorized account access, describe what happened without forwarding your sign-in code.

The game is for people aged 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 supplied information or someone is at risk, contact support. The game and this mailbox are not emergency services; use local emergency services for immediate danger.

Privacy requests

Support first verifies that you control the account or browser identity involved. If we give you a request ID and one-time privacy proof code, open the verification page in the browser holding that identity. Sign in first for an account request. This proves identity; it does not itself delete records.

The owner tools cover selected account and learning records. Shared worlds, homes/media, reporting and financial records, provider copies, backups and unknown identities on other devices are outside complete automated deletion. Creator-owned accounts require safe transfer before removal. We explain supported scope and remaining handling before a destructive action.

Current preview and policies

Somewhere Together is a changing preview. Public paid membership endpoints are closed; no payment is required by this support page. Café conversational typing, microphone/read-aloud and beta-interest signup are retired.
