Tuft Timer terms
Updated October 22, 2026
These terms apply to Tuft Timer development previews that expressly refer to them.
Development builds
Products marked “In development” are unfinished. Features, availability and release plans may change. Testing access is not a promise of a release date, a particular feature or indefinite availability.
Using Tuft Timer
Use Tuft Timer for everyday timers and related features. Development builds may have bugs or interruptions and are not intended for safety-critical tasks.
Please do not interfere with the app’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use it to violate someone else’s rights.
Ownership
The original Tuft Timer software, artwork, writing and branding belong to their respective owners. Access to a development build does not transfer those rights. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licenses.
App stores and purchases
If the app is offered through an app store, the displayed purchase terms, platform rules and applicable consumer protections apply. These terms do not replace the app license agreement that applies to your download. For App Store downloads, Apple’s standard license agreement applies unless a custom agreement is provided with the app.
Refund requests should follow the process of the store or merchant that handled the purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy and support
The Tuft Timer privacy policy describes the current development builds. For help or to report a problem, visit Tuft Timer support.
Updates and contact
Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. A material new product or commercial arrangement may have its own terms and acceptance process.
