Timers and alarms

For an alarm problem, include the timer duration, whether you paused or resumed it, and whether the screen was locked when it was due to finish. Describe the sound and notification settings in use, and what you expected to happen.

Alarm and notification permissions are managed in your device settings.

Activity history

Activity history and exports are managed inside the app. If a session is missing or an export looks wrong, describe the session and the steps you took. Please do not send your full activity history unless it is needed to investigate.

Report a problem

Include your device model, operating-system version, app version or development build number, and the steps that led to the issue. A description of what you expected and what happened helps us understand the problem.

Current availability

Tuft Timer is in development for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. Development builds are being tested; there is no public store release linked here yet.
