Everyday Wins terms

These terms cover Everyday Wins, a Solastelia product offering free practical guides and a developing grant preparation pilot.
Using the guides
You may use and adapt the guides and included prompts for your own lawful personal or business tasks. Verify current official sources, eligibility, deadlines and calculations before acting. Guides and AI output can contain errors or become outdated. They are general information, not professional legal, tax, financial or grant advice, and do not guarantee savings, a refund, eligibility or an award.
If you use a prompt in another AI service, that service has its own terms, policies and account costs. Everyday Wins does not gain authority to access your accounts, send messages, submit claims or make purchases because you copied a guide.
Grant workspace and pilot access
Keep control of your sign-in email and use only information and documents you are authorized to provide. You are responsible for checking facts, answers, source requirements and attachments. A prepared package is not a sponsor submission or funding approval. You make the final review and submit to the sponsor yourself.
Some preparation and monitoring features are limited to invited testers. Limits, coverage and availability may change while we develop the service. Grant matching is not an exhaustive search of every program, and some periods may have no suitable matches. Keep your own copies of important records.
No new purchases
Everyday Wins is not offering new paid applications or subscriptions. There is no current paid offer or promised future price. Existing customers, if any, can still manage prior billing and contact support. Removing new purchases does not cancel an existing subscription or waive rights relating to an earlier transaction. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Your material and acceptable use
You retain rights you hold in your documents and answers. You permit us and our service providers to process them as needed to provide the features you request, including requested AI processing, storage and support. This does not grant permission to publish your private documents for promotion.
Do not submit fraudulent claims, impersonate others, upload malicious material, interfere with the service or try to access another account. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues. Original Everyday Wins software, guide writing and branding remain with their respective owners; third-party resources retain their own terms and licenses.
Privacy, changes and support
Read the Everyday Wins privacy policy for data handling and deletion choices. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; materially new services or purchases will require appropriate notice and terms before they are offered. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
