Free guides and your own AI account

You can read guides without an account. Searching and filtering the guide library runs in your browser. Copying a prompt uses your clipboard. Opening ChatGPT or Claude takes you to a separate service governed by its own policies. Claude links can include the guide prompt; the ChatGPT action copies it for you to paste. We do not receive your conversations in those services or gain access to your email, shopping or financial accounts through a guide.

Accounts and saved work

If you sign in, we process your email address, account identifier and sign-in/session records to authenticate you and protect your workspace. Better Auth manages authentication in our service and uses session cookies. Resend delivers sign-in links and enabled pilot report emails.

The workspace stores information you provide, including your business profile, location and eligibility details, application answers, uploaded documents, extracted facts you review, generated drafts, downloadable packages and monitoring preferences/reports. We use these records to provide the features you request, keep saved work, enforce access and usage limits, and troubleshoot failures. Private workspace records are scoped to your account; authorized operators may access records to administer the pilot and support requests.

Hosting and AI processing

Cloudflare hosts the website and API, stores workspace records in D1 and files in R2, and runs background jobs. It may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times for delivery, security and operational logs. The application also keeps job, usage, cost and administrative audit records. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to the app.

When an enabled workspace feature generates a draft, extracts document information or prepares a report, relevant business details, answers, document content or opportunity information may be sent to OpenAI. Processing can be limited or unavailable during the pilot. Review AI suggestions against your original records; do not upload passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers or unrelated sensitive material. These workspace features are separate from using a guide in your own AI account.

New purchases are disabled. If you previously used billing, Stripe may retain transaction/customer information under its own policies, and we may retain associated payment/access records. Existing billing management and refund recovery remain available; we do not collect card details directly.

Retention and deletion

Raw uploads are marked to expire after 90 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. You can delete uploads, extracted facts and applications through the workspace. Deleting an upload does not remove already-confirmed facts; delete those separately. Deleting an application removes its associated uploads and packages, while historical payment records may be retained. Generated packages otherwise remain available after pilot access expires.

Account, report, usage, audit and support records do not currently have a single automatic deletion schedule. For account-wide access, correction or deletion requests, contact us. We may need to verify ownership and may retain records needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. Removal from active storage does not promise immediate erasure from provider backups.

Support and your choices

Email Everyday Wins support. We receive your email address, message and attachments when you contact us. Solastelia domain mail is forwarded through Cloudflare to Gmail; Cloudflare also provides outbound domain email. We use correspondence to answer you and handle requests. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

You can change pilot monthly/urgent report email preferences in the workspace. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information or object to processing. Email for privacy requests. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Service providers process information to deliver the features described here; we may disclose information when legally required or to protect the service. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries. No system is perfectly secure.

The grant pilot is intended for US business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Changes

We will update this notice when practices change, including before introducing new paid features or materially different data uses. The date above identifies this revision.
