Reading and imports

For an import or reading issue, include the file format and describe where the problem happened. For a story in the app, include the title, chapter and reading language.

Please do not email copyrighted books or sensitive documents. Start with a description of the issue.

Reading help

If reading help looks incorrect, tell us which language or reading level you selected, which part of the story was affected, and what you expected to see.

Report a problem

Include your device model, operating-system version, app version or development build number, and the steps that led to the issue.

Current availability

YondeMite is in development. The native prototype, stories and reading experience are being refined; features and release plans remain open.
